Odds ratio and 95% confidence intervals for unmet healthcare need to participants with a lower socioeconomic status and other socioeconomic statuses were investigated using multivariate regression analysis.Results Among all participants, 103 had unmet healthcare need, whereas 1,700 did not. After adjusting for sex, age, education level, smoking, drinking alcohol, having chronic disease, working period, occupational accident recovery period, occupational accident type, disability status, disability rating, and economic participants, the odds ratio of unmet healthcare need in participants with a lower socioeconomic status were 2.48 (95% confidence interval 1.59–3.88), compared to participants with other socioeconomic statuses.Conclusions The victims of occupational accident who has a lower socioeconomic status were more likely to have unmet healthcare need in comparison to having other socioeconomic statuses. %U https://oem.bmj.com/content/oemed/73/Suppl_1/A233.2.full.pdf
