Macpherson RA, Koehoorn M, Neis B, et al. Do differences in work disability duration by interjurisdictional claim status vary by industry and jurisdictional context? Occup Environ Med 2021;78:583-592. doi: 10.1136/oemed-2020-106917.

This article was previously published with an error.

The authors identified a coding error which led to incorrect adjusted predictions of work disability days paid to within-province and out-of-province workers. The correct values result in different estimated percentage increases in predicted days paid to out-of-province workers relative to within-province workers (table 2, table 3, supplemental table 3). However, the only text in the original article that has been updated on page 589 is as follows:

‘Overall, the absolute and relative differences in disability days paid between the two groups of workers increased as claim duration increased.’

Authors also identified that reference 4 in article was missed during the process. Reference 4 has been included and the remaining references have been renumbered accordingly.
