Kumagai and his colleges [1] have reported that incinerator workers employed at intermittently burning incineration plants were not necessarily exposed to high concentrations of polychlorinated dibenzo-p- dioxins (PCDDs) and polychlorinated dibenzofurans (PCDFs).
