Ordering Procedures for Occupational and Environmental Medicine

INDIVIDUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS

British Medical Journal Publishing Group members receive an online subscription to Occupational and Environmental Medicine free with their membership. Information on member benefits can be found on our website.

For a print subscription, or for an online subscription if you are not a member, send an order form and payment to:

Publisher name and address

Once we receive payment, if you ordered the print option you will begin receiving the print journal, and if you ordered one of the online options you will receive a letter with instructions for obtaining access to the online edition. The letter will direct you to an online form. You will be asked to provide the following informaiton necessary to activate your subscription to Occupational and Environmental Medicine:

• A user name and password that you can easily remember
• Your name, phone number, and email address
• Your customer number (included with the letter)

INSTITUTIONAL SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscribing to Occupational and Environmental Medicine is a 2-step process:

First, you must follow your usual "new serial" ordering procedures to subscribe to Occupational and Environmental Medicine. Payment should be made to your subscription agent or directly to the publisher. The order form for direct payment is available here.

Second, once the publisher has received payment, you will receive a letter with instructions for obtaining access to the online edition. The letter will direct you to an online form. You will be asked to provide the following information necessary to activate your subscription to Occupational and Environmental Medicine:

• Institution's IP Address(es)
