Stark JM, Black RJ, Brewster DH. Risk of leukaemia among children living near the Solway coast of Dumfries and Galloway Health Board area, Scotland, 1975-2002. Occup Environ Med 2007;64:66–8. The authors have noticed that the estimated average annual populations of 0–14-year-olds in the study areas A, B, and C quoted in the Methods section of their paper are incorrect. The first sentence of the final paragraph of the Methods section should read: "The estimated average annual populations of 0–14-year-olds in study areas A, B, and C were 5884, 17 084, and 28 283, respectively". This error has no impact on the analysis and does not affect the remainder of the paper.
